Mitigation: Modular architecture allows features to be delayed without blocking others. Soft launch provides buffer for iteration.

Retention Below Target

D30 retention may not hit 10-12% target in soft launch.

Mitigation: 3-month soft launch period dedicated to retention optimization. Multiple levers available (onboarding, pacing, rewards).

Competitive Response

Established players may copy innovations or increase UA spend.

Mitigation: First-mover advantage on counter system and Fragmentation. Strong IP/theme differentiation harder to replicate.
