Mitigation: 3-month soft launch period dedicated to retention optimization. Multiple levers available (onboarding, pacing, rewards).
Established players may copy innovations or increase UA spend.
Mitigation: First-mover advantage on counter system and Fragmentation. Strong IP/theme differentiation harder to replicate.
